We found this great exercise over at smART Class and, it looked like Natalie and her kiddos had so much fun with it, that we had to pass it along! Perfect for Martin Luther King Jr Day or part of your lesson plans for Black History Month, this color mixing activity offers a hands-on way to help your preschoolers explore the beauty of diversity and working together in harmony. Not to mention, the resulting mural offers a lovely and festive way to document your learning about important historical African-American figures, as well as a decoration to display in the classroom or hallway!
